For some schools co-op is a requirement to graduate with an engineering degree, which can extend the amount of time it takes to earn the degree.This program also helps nternational student who are on F-1 visa status to work anywhere without losing their elegibility.As long as they maintain full time enrollment at their institutions they can use this programs to work off campus.It also helps them with internships for coporal training.I thought this article was important because it contains useful information that people may not be aware of.

I would like you guys to visit the website above.Its about a company called Hallmark and it helps people connect with one another through E cards.My training group and I had a research and presentation on e-cards and we used this website to get information on how to sign up and send e-cards for FREE!!We taught this information to the seniors at the Heritage at Lowman and it was easier for them to follow the easy steps and send e-cards.If you have to send someone a greeting card and you dont want to go to the store or dont want to spend money this is the website to go to.
Hallmark is best known for greeting cards.

I learned a lot of interesting information on employee's training and the site is informative and helpful with a variety of links that guides you throughout the site.

This link is about Elgin Community college, one of the small colleges in the country that offer corporate training to prepare employees for the workforce,which is on the this course's objectives.If you go to this website and at the top of the page click the Business tab and on the dropdown list click corporate training, you will see how ECC explains how educating and training employees can lead to improved performance, morale, output and increased revenues in a company and workforce.
They deliver training solutions, knowledge and skills that can be implemented in the workplace immediately.They also offer education about workplace literacy and they deal with networking groups which are: Economic development, Manufacturing, and CEO networking groups.
I learned a lot from their website about the purpose of training employees and how they can deliver that training.

I have learned a couple of things on the activities of this course.Chapter one, which focuses on Putting Learning at work, had interesting topics that helped me know about the kind of training needed for the workforce.I also learned and saw the purpose of training workers before they perform their jobs and how this training hepls them to be productive in the workforce.This chapter also covers The Learning Organization and Knowledge Management management that is needed by workers.IT also talks about the difference between a learning philosophy and a mission which I found interesting as it explains how employees need to recognise and realize their full potential as human beings.
Blackboard materials also helps to understand and use technology.For example when we go online and chat with our group project members on blackboard and exchange ideas.

The training activities on this course include the use of internet to search information,which is the most important things nowadays in technology.Creating bookmarks and bloggs is one other thing that is crusial to this course because it prepares students for the work force and to be creative.The use of blackboard is also important in this course because it makes one tho think and be able to figure out staff that is hidden.The reading assignments that cosists of research are also important in this course.There are good training activities in this course.

I have learned about the American's trends and how it helped America to be competitive in the workforce and i international business. This also helped America to sustain the possibilities of going through the recession. There are also new measures of job skills and standard measures of education and earnings to examine the effect of changing occupational and industry employement pattern on the skill composition of work.
