They deliver training solutions, knowledge and skills that can be implemented in the workplace immediately.They also offer education about workplace literacy and they deal with networking groups which are: Economic development, Manufacturing, and CEO networking groups.
I learned a lot from their website about the purpose of training employees and how they can deliver that training.

I have learned a couple of things on the activities of this course.Chapter one, which focuses on Putting Learning at work, had interesting topics that helped me know about the kind of training needed for the workforce.I also learned and saw the purpose of training workers before they perform their jobs and how this training hepls them to be productive in the workforce.This chapter also covers The Learning Organization and Knowledge Management management that is needed by workers.IT also talks about the difference between a learning philosophy and a mission which I found interesting as it explains how employees need to recognise and realize their full potential as human beings.
Blackboard materials also helps to understand and use technology.For example when we go online and chat with our group project members on blackboard and exchange ideas.

The training activities on this course include the use of internet to search information,which is the most important things nowadays in technology.Creating bookmarks and bloggs is one other thing that is crusial to this course because it prepares students for the work force and to be creative.The use of blackboard is also important in this course because it makes one tho think and be able to figure out staff that is hidden.The reading assignments that cosists of research are also important in this course.There are good training activities in this course.

I have learned about the American's trends and how it helped America to be competitive in the workforce and i international business. This also helped America to sustain the possibilities of going through the recession. There are also new measures of job skills and standard measures of education and earnings to examine the effect of changing occupational and industry employement pattern on the skill composition of work.
